Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click + in top right corner

  3. Complete fields:

    1. Work Order Name

    2. Any Pictures/Images

    3. Work Order description

    4. Select created Procedure or

    5. Select Team or People

    6. Select Due Date and Schedule

    7. Choose Priority ( None, Low, Medium, High)

    8. Select Location for Work Order

    9. Select Asset

    10. Select Parts needed

    11. Select Category

    12. Add files to Work Order

    13. Add Vendor

  4. Click Create

Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click + New Work Order in top right corner

  3. Enter details of Work Order

  4. When finished entering details, click Create at bottom of Work Order

Note: Only What Needs to Be Done section is required to create Work Order
