Web:

  1. Go to Procedure Library tab

  2. Select Procedure to copy

  3. Click 3 dots (⋮) next to Edit in top right corner

  4. Select Copy to New Template

  5. Click Confirm

  6. New Procedure title defaults to original title with “- Copy” attached to end of title

  7. To change Procedure title, click Edit in top right corner

  8. In the Procedure Name field, edit Procedure name

  9. Click in any field(s) needing edits

  10. Make any necessary changes to field

    • To add link to field, click link icon in bottom right corner of field

    • To add picture or file to field, click paperclip icon in bottom right corner of field

    • To delete field, click trash icon in bottom right corner of field

  11. To reorder fields, drag 6 dots (⋮⋮) on left side of field to new location

  12. When finished editing Procedure, click Continue in top right corner

  13. Under Settings, add Tags to Procedure

    • Categories: Click in box and start typing to display already created Categories or to create new Category

    • Teams in Charge: Click in box and start typing to display already created Teams

    • Procedure Visibility:

      • Click Keep Private: Procedure will only be visible to teammates in MaintainX org

      • Click Make Public: Procedure will be public for MaintainX Community in Global Procedure Library

      • Under Settings, add Tags to Procedure

  14. When finished, click Save Template in upper right corner

Mobile:

  1. Click More in bottom right corner

  2. Select Procedure Library

  3. Select Procedure to copy
