NOTE:

  • Edits to Procedures within a Repeating Work Order will not be reflected in future Repeating Work Orders.

  • To create permanent changes to Procedure, edit Procedure in Procedure Library and re-attach to Repeating Work Order.

  • If Procedure attached to Repeating Work Order has been responded to already, Procedure cannot be edited or removed from Repeating Work Order.

Web:

  1. Go to Procedures Library tab

  2. Select Procedure attached to Repeating Work Order

  3. Click Edit in top right corner

  4. Make any changes

  5. Click Update

  6. Go to Work Orders tab

  7. Select Repeating Work Order

  8. Click Edit in top right

  9. Reattach Procedure to Repeating Work Order

  10. Click Update in top right corner

Mobile:

  1. Click More in bottom right corner

  2. Go to Procedures tab

  3. Select Procedure attached to Repeating Work Order

  4. Click Edit in top right corner

  5. Make any changes

  6. Click Save

  7. Go to Work Orders tab

  8. Select Repeating Work Order

  9. Click Edit in top right

  10. Reattach Procedure to Repeating Work Order

  11. Click Update in top right corner
