Mobile:

1. Go to Work Orders tab

2. Select Work Order to add Other Cost

3. In Time & Cost Tracking section, next to Other Costs, click Add

4. Click Add Cost

5. Enter following details:

a) User

b) Cost

c) Description (Optional)

d) Cost Category – Labor, Travel, or Other

6. Add Pictures/Files

7. Click Add

8. Click Done

Web:

1. Go to Work Orders tab
