1. Assigning the User Role to the General Manager as an "Admin" or "Full User"
2. Adding him/her to each Work Order as an individual user or as part of a Team (He/she will be notified by email with each status change for all Work Orders i.e Open, On Hold, In Progress, Done)- additionally the notification will be sent when Work orders are Overdue.
3. Advising the General Manager to format Work Order layout to table view and choosing the filter criteria to include "Due Date" to see all Work Orders that are OverDue
Optional view - Using the read view- you can see any Overdue Work Orders assigned to you and then assigned to your Team.
