We can set up a "Critical Parts Escalation Team" and assign that role to any created team. The team will receive an email notification if a part inventory is low.

Steps to prepare in MaintainX

  1. Click on the Parts Inventory option in the main menu

  2. Select the part that an alert needs to be sent if inventory is below the minimum quantity.

  3. Select or add Critical in the Part type dropdown field.

  4. Assign this part to a Team in Charge (members in this team will be alerted)

  5. Once completed, reach out to the MaintainX support team via chat to request Team members added to the "Critical Parts Escalation Team"
