**Please note that the Requester Portal is only available for Premium and Enterprise subscribers**

Steps needed to create a Requester Portal:

  1. In your MaintainX org, go to Settings

  2. Click on your Organization Settings button

  3. Turn on the "Request Portal Module (Beta) to make it available in your menu selection

  4. Go to the Request Portal option

  5. Click on the +New Requests Portal button

  6. Complete the form to include

    1. Give it a Name- Portal Title

    2. Welcome Text- Greeting text that requesters will see when creating requests

    3. Who handles support for this portal- Admin email address who will be approving/denying requests

  7. Click on Next to be directed to the Bring your new Portal to Life Page to select

    1. Assign a Location- From the drop-down menu, select a Location to relate to new Work Requests

    2. Assign an Asset - From the drop-down menu, select an Asset to relate to new Work Requests

  8. Click on Create Portal

  9. The confirmation window will be shown

  10. Available options will be shown:

    1. Copy Link- Unique and private link provided to your requesters

    2. Print QR code- Once clicked, a QR code will be generated and can be printed and included for any user to submit Work Requests

  11. In your MaintainX login, you can monitor Requests.
    Clicking on the Share Portal directs users to their Portal Page
