Mobile:

  1. Go to Messages

  2. Click New Message in top right corner

  3. Type or select User to include in Message

  4. Type message in box at bottom of screen

  5. Click Send in bottom right corner

Web:

  1. Go to Messages tab

  2. Click +New Message in top right corner

  3. Type or select User to include in Message

  4. Type message in box at bottom of screen

  5. Click Send in bottom right corner
