Time & Cost Tracking can be activated by an Admin on either MaintainX's mobile or Web app.

To activate on Desktop/Web app, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Settings in the bottom left of your screen.

2. Select Organization Settings.

3. Toggle on the Time Tracking Module and Cost Tracking Module under Advanced Features

For Mobile:

  1. Tap on More.

2. Tap on View Settings.

3. Scroll down and tap on Advanced Features under ORGANIZATION SETTINGS.

4. Toggle on the Time Tracking Module and Cost Tracking Module.
