Supported Mobile Devices

MaintainX works best and is tested on mobile devices that meet the following requirements:

Operating System Requirements

• iOS 13.4 or later with access to the iOS App Store

• Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later with access to the Google Play Store

  For customers on an Enterprise plan, if your devices do not have access to the Google Play Store, you can distribute the mobile application using a mobile device management (MDM) solution. For details, contact your MaintainX account manager.

Memory and Storage Requirements

• 2 GB or more of RAM
• 150 - 200MB of available storage

Why is my browser not supported?

At MaintainX we take security very seriously. We only support browser versions that provide the features we need to keep our app secure for all of our users.
