Supported Languages
You can use MaintainX in several different languages. The display language is a user preference, so each user can use MaintainX in their preferred language. When a user changes their display language, it updates both the mobile app and the web app. If your organization has a multilingual workforce, switching languages can help your teams use MaintainX more easily, and work together more effectively.
To learn how to change the display language for your account, see Change the Display Language.

Here are some important things to know about MaintainX's language support:
- MaintainX develops features in English first and then translates them. If a feature has not been translated yet, the original English text appears.
- When you change the display language, only the MaintainX user interface text appears in the new language. User-generated text such as messages and comments are not translated. They appear in the same language users wrote them in.
- Changing the display language doesn't change any region-specific settings. For example, if you switch MaintainX to your local language, it doesn't change your date or currency settings.
- AI-assisted translations might contain errors or irregularities. To report a translation issue, contact MaintainX Support via chat (select at the bottom of this page).
