This article describes the different resources available to MaintainX users.

To access the resources:

  1. From the sidebar, select Support.

  2. Select one of the following:

Contact Support​

Use the Contact Support link to chat live with our Support team 24/7. They can offer immediate help, troubleshoot problems, and answer questions about MaintainX. For more information about support services and eligibility, see the MaintainX Support Policy.

MaintainX Help Center​

The Help Center is this site. It provides overviews of MaintainX features, explains important concepts, step by step instructions for using MaintainX, and troubleshooting guides for common problems. For more information, see the Help Center home page.

Ticket Portal​

The Ticket Portal is only available on the Desktop app.

Use the Ticket Portal to create tickets to our Support team for your organization. These requests are for issues requiring some investigation from our Support team. By clicking on +New Request, you can submit your request and have a member of our team help you. The Ticket Portal is available on all MaintainX plans.

MaintainX Academy​

MaintainX Academy is a catalog of courses, guides, certifications, and webinars designed to help you learn how to use MaintainX to digitize your maintenance operations. MaintainX Academy is available to anyone with a MaintainX account. For more information, see the MaintainX Academy.

MaintainX Community​

MaintainX Community is a public forum where you can chat with other MaintainX users, share tips and tricks and get information about upcoming conferences and events like MaintainX Office hours. For more information, see the MaintainX Community.
