Can't Sign Into the MaintainX Mobile Application Using SSO (Android)

Issue​

Single sign-on (SSO) is set up for your organization, but some users can't sign into the MaintainX mobile application. Sign-in attempts fail. In some cases, the application crashes.

Possible Causes​

The user's device does not have a Chromium-based browser installed​

MaintainX's SSO setup requires that a Chromium-based browser be installed on mobile devices. However, some devices don't have Chromium-based browsers installed by default. Some users might also have uninstalled the Chromium-based default browser from their devices.
