To schedule work orders that have not yet been scheduled, click on the boxes in the Unscheduled Work Orders section. This will open up a list of your unscheduled work orders to the right of the screen, and you’ll be able to simply drag them onto the calendar to assign them to a technician.

Rescheduling or reassigning a work order is as simple as dragging it from one place on the calendar to another. Performing this action updates the start date and/or assignee for that work order automatically.

If you would like to add assignees to a work order, update the estimated time, or reschedule it to a date beyond the current week, you can do so by clicking on the work order and clicking Quick Edit.

To update any other information on a work order without leaving the Workload View, you can click on the work order and click See Work Order.
