The Smart Hub inbox brings together results generated by AI-powered skills. Use it to review findings, such as summaries, reports, insights, tasks, or recommendations.

Depending on the skill and output, you can:

  • View a report or summary.
  • Edit generated content.
  • Approve or reject a suggested action.
  • Archive an output.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. Always review their content and verify their findings before using them or approving suggested changes.

Access the Smart Hub Inbox​

From the sidebar, select Smart Hub > Inbox.

Smart Hub Inbox Layout​

The Smart Hub inbox has two areas:

  • An output list A, where you can search through skill outputs and filter the list.
  • A review panel B, where you can review a selected output and act on it.

Output List​

The output list gathers all the outputs generated by your skills. Use the options above the list filter the outputs you want to review.

1Options to filter the inbox:
  • Select All items to filter which outputs appear:
    • All items
    • Pending approval
    • Not pending approval
  • Select Skills to filter outputs based on their skill.

Review Panel​

The review panel displays the details of an AI-generated output. Use it to review the content, check the skill's run details, and decide what action to take next.

  • The name of the skill used.
  • The date and time the skill ran.
  • The name of the skill configuration.
