Categories are used to help organize different classifications of work orders. 

We provide default Category options but feel free to customize and create your own for your organization. 

You can also filter your work order home screen by Categories to limit your view to
specific Categories.

You will also be able to view Reports on specific Categories as well. For example, if you want to see the results of all your Inspections or Preventative Maintenance Work Orders, Category tags will help accomplish that objective.
