1. Admin

a. The organization creator by default is your first admin

b. Has the ability to add/remove users from an organization

c. Can change user classes (promote to admin, demote to user, etc).

d. Is the only user type that can accept/decline work order requests from requesters

e. Admins can view your Team Member's profiles, including phone numbers (Full Users and Requester Users cannot view phone numbers for privacy).

f. Admins are also able to view and update billing information in your organization's Billing Page

2. Full Users

a. This user class allows users to be assigned work orders

b. Can modify assets and locations

c. Can create and edit work orders

d. Full users have full messaging functionality in the app, both via comments and direct messages.

3. Requester

a. Can only send requests, send and receive messages, and see the teams & people in the organization.

b. Requester users are unable to be assigned work orders, view work orders or assets/locations

c. Requesters can also view the status of requests they submitted and comment on them if necessary.
