1. Admin

    1. Organization creator by default is first Admin

    2. Admin can add/remove Users from organization

    3. Admin can change User type (promote to Admin, demote to Full User, etc.)

    4. Admin can accept/decline Work Order requests from Requesters

    5. Admin can view Team Member's profiles, including phone numbers

    6. Admins can view and update billing information on Billing page

  2. Full Users

    1. Full User can be assigned to Work Orders

    2. Full User can modify Assets and Locations

    3. Full User can create and edit Work Orders

    4. Full User has full Messaging functionality, via comments and direct messages

  3. Requester

    1. Requester can only send requests, send and receive messages, and view Teams and Users in organization

    2. Requester cannot assign Work Orders

    3. Requester cannot view Work Orders, Assets, or Locations

    4. Requester can view status and comment Requests submitted
