This article explains how to delete a team from an organization in MaintainX®.

To delete a team:

Web

1. From the sidebar, select Teams / Users.
2. Select the Teams tab.
3. Navigate to the team you want to delete, and do one of the following:

   • To delete the team right away: select (more options), then select Delete.

   • To review the team information first: select the team name to view its details page.

     On the details page select select (more options), then select Delete.

4. When prompted, select Confirm to delete the team.

The team is deleted from the organization.

Mobile

1. From the bottom navigation bar, select More.
2. From the More Options screen, select the name of the organization.
3. In the ORGANIZATION SETTINGS section, select Teams / Users.
4. Select the Teams tab.
5. Navigate to the team you want to delete, and select (more options).
6. Select Delete Team.
7. When prompted, select Yes to delete the team.

The team is deleted from the organization. When you delete a team, the team’s details page displays the deletion date and time.
