About Data Exports
You can export MaintainX organization data to comma separated values (CSV) files that you can open using any text editor or spreadsheet software, or import into other products for further reporting and analysis. You can also export some data as PDF files.
The Export Data options are available from the following locations:
In the Reporting module:
- From the sidebar, select Reporting.
- In the Reporting module, select the Export Data tab.
- In the Export Data tab, select the tab for the type of data you want to export.
In Settings:
- From the sidebar, open the Settings menu and select General.
- On the General tab, go to the Export Data section.
- In the Export Data section, select the tab for the type of data you want to export.
Each export has options to specify which data you want to export. For example, you can set a date range for some exports. Others let you choose how MaintainX groups the exported data.

| Labor Utilization | Exports data about what percentage of work hours users in your organizations spent on work, based on time added to work orders. To calculate that percentage, MaintainX compares users' logged work hours to their capacity. | ✓ |
