This article explains how to export labor utilization data to CSV (Excel), and provides detailed descriptions of how MaintainX exports data.
Labor utilization helps you define the percentage of the time users spent working compared to their capacity.
Export Labor Utilization Data

From the sidebar, select Reporting.

In the Reporting module, go to the Export Data tab.

Select Labor Utilization.

In the Labor Utilization section, set the following options:
Option Description Date Range Use the date picker to set the date range for the export. Export Format Select CSV (Excel). Columns Select the columns to include in the export file. For more details about each column, see List of Labor Utilization Export Columns. -
Do one of the following:
- Select Schedule to export the data on a regular schedule. For details, see Scheduled Data Exports.
- Select Export to export the data right away. MaintainX saves the exported file to the download center, and a download notification appears.

If you selected Export in the previous step, from the download notification you can do any of the following:
- Download the exported file.
- Select View in Download Center to open the download center. The exported file appears in the Export Request History section.
List of Labor Utilization Export Columns
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of the user. |
Availability Hours | The user’s total number of available hours tied their capacity during the date range. A user's capacity is available in the Workload View. For details, see The Workload View. |
Charged Hours | The total number of hours spent working logged on work order in the date range previously defined. Work hours are logged through the Time and Cost Tracking section of the work order. |
Percentage Utilized | The percentage of hours spent working during the date range. This is calculated as charged hours/availability hours . |
