Set up request routing to allow anyone who creates a work request to assign it to a team in your organization.

When request routing is on, the request forms in the MaintainX app, and any request portals include an Assign To field, where requesters can choose teams to assign their requests to.

This is useful in large organizations where different departments might have their own MaintainX Administrators who can process requests for their departments.

Assigned work requests appear in the team’s requests queue, so the team can decide whether to approve or decline them.
