To delete a maintenance plan:
- From the sidebar, select Maintenance plans .
- Locate the maintenance plan you want to delete, and select it to view its details.
- Select (more options).
- Select Delete.
- When prompted, select Delete to confirm.
You can quickly delete a maintenance plan directly in Table view. Locate the maintenance plan you want to delete, navigate to the end of the row, select (more options), and Delete.
When you delete the maintenance plan, the plan details display the deletion date and time.
Restore a Maintenance Plan
You can restore any deleted maintenance plan from the maintenance plans table. By default, the table view hides deleted maintenance plans, so you have to display them first.
To restore a maintenance plan:
- From the sidebar, select Maintenance plans.
- In the Table view, select (Settings) to open the Settings panel.
- In the Options section, toggle on Show deleted maintenance plans, and select Apply.
- In the table, locate the maintenance plan you want to restore.
- Select (more options), and Restore.
- When prompted, select Restore to confirm.
After you restore a deleted maintenance plan, it will generate new work orders again, starting after the last planned work order due date and following the plan's scheduling rules.
If you delete a maintenance plan by mistake, you can quickly restore it as long as its details are still open. Select (more options), then select Restore. When prompted, select Restore to complete the maintenance plan restore.
