Export a Report to PDF

You can export most reports in the Reporting module to PDF files that you can download from the MaintainX download center and share.
What You Can Export​
You can export any default dashboard (e.g., the Work Orders, Asset Health), custom dashboard, or individual report in the Reporting Details tab.
Date Ranges and Filters for Exported Reports​
Exported reports respect the date range and filters that are applied when you export them.
Export a Report​
You export reports from the Reporting module. When you export a report, MaintainX saves it to the download center, where you can download it.
To export a report to PDF:

From the sidebar, select Reporting. The Reporting module opens.

Do one of the following:

Select the tab for one of the default dashboards, e.g., Work Orders, Asset Health, or Reporting Details.

Select the Custom Dashboards tab, and then select a dashboard from the list.

If you selected a default dashboard or an individual report, set the date range and filters as needed. If you selected a custom dashboard, skip this step.

From the page header, select Export and from the Export menu, select Export to PDF.
MaintainX saves the exported report to the download center, and a download notification appears.

From the download notification, you can do any of the following:
- Download the PDF.
- Open the PDF in a new browser tab.
- Select View in Download Center to open the download center. The report appears in the Export Request History section.
Get a List of Exported Reports​
You can see a list of the reports you exported in the download center.
Open the Settings menu and under MY ACCOUNT, select Open Download Center.
In the download center, the Export Request History section lists recently exported reports.
Exported reports are available in the download center for two weeks.
Download an Exported Report​
To download an exported report, find the row for the report you want to download, and in the STATUS column, select Ready for Download.
