Switch Between Panel View and Table View
The automations list supports two views:
- Panel View: The default card-based view.
- Table View: Built for teams managing a large volume of automations, with columns for scanning and comparing automations at a glance. Table View displays the following columns:
- Name
- Status
- Asset
- Meter
- Location
- Created On
- Updated On
To switch views:
- From the sidebar, select Automations.
- Select the view drop-down.
- Choose Panel View or Table View.
If an automation's Asset, Meter, or Location column shows a truncated list (for example, Asset #1 .. +4), select it to open a list of all the associated assets, meters, or locations.
Filter the Automations List
If your organization has a large number of automations, you can filter the list to find the ones you need. These filters are available in both Panel View and Table View, and you can select more than one asset or meter at a time.
To filter the automations list:
- From the sidebar, select Automations.
- Select Asset and choose one or more assets to filter by.
- Select Meter and choose one or more meters to filter by.
Enable or Disable Multiple Automations
You can enable or disable more than one automation at a time, in either Panel View or Table View.
To enable or disable multiple automations:
-
From the sidebar, select Automations.
-
Select the checkbox next to each automation that you want to enable or disable. There's no limit to how many you can select.
An Edit [number] Automations bar appears at the top of the list, where [number] is the number of automations you selected.
-
Select Enable to enable the selected automations, or Disable to disable them.
Whether Enable or Disable is available depends on if you're viewing the Enabled or Disabled tab.
Disable an Automation
The automation can be disabled instead of deleted if it is no longer needed. You may need to enable it again in the future.
To disable an automation:
-
From the sidebar, select Automations.
-
Navigate to the Enabled tab.
-
From the list, navigate to the automation that you want to disable.
-
Select the automation to open it.
-
In the automations details page, toggle the Status setting off.
The automation's status changes to Disabled. Automated workflows won't be triggered while the automation is disabled.

To enable an automation:
