Build a Global Custom Report

You can build global custom reports to analyze data across all your sub-organizations, compare key metrics, and share insights with your team. For details, see Global Report Builder.

Build a Global Custom Report

1. From the sidebar, select Reporting.

2. In the Reporting module, select + Build report.

3. Do any of the following:

   • Prompt the MaintainX® AI engine to build. For details, see Build a Custom Report with AI.

   • Select Use a template to build a report with a MaintainX template. For details, see Build a Custom Report with a Template.

   • Select Build manually to build a report from scratch. For details, see Build a Custom Report from Scratch.

     tip

     The Organization column automatically appears in the Builder panel. You can select one or more sub-organizations to access their data and include them in your report.

     Use filters such as Is one of to focus your report on one or several sub-organizations. For details, see Filter Conditions.

4. When you're finished building your global custom report, do any of the following:

   • Export it to CSV or PDF. For details, see Export a Custom Report.
   • Add it to a custom dashboard. For details, see Add a Custom Report to a Dashboard.
