Add a Report Card to a Global Dashboard

This article explains how to add standard and custom report cards to a global dashboard.

1. From the sidebar, use the organization picker to open your global organization.

2. In the Global Organization section, select your global organization.

3. Select Reporting, then select one of the following screens: Work Orders, Asset Health, or Reporting Details.

4. Navigate to the card that you would like to add to your global dashboard.

5. On the card, select + Add to Dashboard, then Global Dashboards. The list of the available global dashboards appears.

6. Do any of the following:

   • Use the search bar to quickly find the global dashboard.

   • Select the name of the global dashboard you want to add the card to.

     The Add to Dashboard dialog opens.

7. In the Add to Dashboard dialog, do any of the following:

   • [Optional] In the Card Name field, edit the card name.
   • Select Save.

The card now appears on the existing global dashboard.
