You can configure and customize the standard and custom report cards in your dashboard to show the information you need.

You can:

• Duplicate, rename, or reorder cards. For more information, see Manage a Custom Dashboard Card.
• Change card filters. For more information, see Configure Card Filters.

Open a Custom Dashboard Card

1. From the sidebar, select Reporting > Dashboards.
2. From the list, select the custom dashboard to open it.
3. From the custom dashboard, navigate to the card that you want to configure.

Manage a Custom Dashboard Card

You can duplicate, rename, or reorder both standard or custom report cards.

1. On the report card, select more options.
2. Use any of the following options:

Option	Description
Duplicate	Create a copy of the report card. You can apply different filters to compare data side by side.
Rename	Change the card's name.
Edit	Edit a custom report in Report Builder. This option is only available for reports built with Report Builder. For more information, see About Report Builder.
Reorder	Change the card's position on the custom dashboard.
Delete	Delete the card.

Changes to cards on a published dashboard create a new draft. For more information, see Update and Copy a Custom Dashboard.

Configure Card Filters

Depending on whether the card is from a standard or custom report, the filter options may differ.

Standard Report Cards

After you locate the standard report you wish to configure, follow these steps to configure the card:

1. On the standard report card, select (filter).
2. Use any of the following:

Option	Description
My Filters	Select your saved filter configurations.
Edit Filters	Edit the filters applied to the card.
Date Range	Change a date range for the card.
Organizations	Select the organizations that the card applies to. (This option is only available with the Enterprise plan).

Custom Report Cards

For custom report cards, use Report Builder to change the filters.

1. On the custom report card, select (filter). The list of filters applied to the report appears.
2. Select Filters to open Report Builder.
3. Update the report's filters. For more information, see Edit a Custom Report.

Edit Filters with AI

You can select (Ask AI about this chart) to ask the Report Builder AI Chat about a custom report card and edit its filters. For more information, see Ask Report Builder AI Chat About a Custom Report.
