Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Create blue + to create new Work Order

  3. Enter details of Work Order

  4. Next to Due Date & Repeatability, click Set

  5. Choose date

  6. Add time of day and hit OK or Cancel

  7. Click Done in top right corner of calendar

  8. Click Schedule

  9. Choose from:

    • Daily: Repeats every day after completing daily Work Order

    • Weekly: Repeats on selected day of week interval after completing weekly Work Order

    • Monthly: Repeats on selected day of monthly interval after completing monthly Work Order

    • Yearly: Repeats on selected day of yearly interval after completing yearly Work Order

  10. Click Done

  11. When finished add

  12. When finished adding Work Order details, click Create in top right corner

Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click + New Work Order in top right corner

  3. Enter details of Work Order

  4. Choose Due Date

  5. Select Repeatability (None, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly)

    • None: Work Order never repeats

    • Daily: Repeats every day after completing daily Work Order

    • Weekly: Repeats on selected day of week interval after completing weekly Work Order

    • Monthly: Repeats on selected day of monthly interval after completing monthly Work Order

    • Yearly: Repeats on selected day of yearly interval after completing yearly Work Order

  6. When finished adding Work Order details, click Create at bottom of Work Order
