Help Center updates for February 2025:

MaintainX CoPilot

You can now use MaintainX CoPilot to search manuals attached to your assets. Ask questions to CoPilot and use the answer to generate procedures or create work orders.

Updated Articles

Requester Notifications

Requesters can now get email or in-app notifications about work orders created from their approved work requests. Notification triggers include new comments, mentions in comments, and status changes.

We updated the following articles:

Work Requests Section Refresh

We refreshed the Work Requests section. Updates include:

• Information about new or recently introduced features like:

  • Searching for requests by ID or work order ID (See The Requests Module Interface).
  • Starting a new work request by scanning a QR code (See Create a Work Request).
  • Filtering work requests in the mobile application (See Filter Work Requests).

• A new article about work request settings. Information about request routing now lives in that article.

• Information about what now appears in request details. (See The Requests Module Interface).

• An updated list of the work request data you can export (See Request Exports).

Workflow Automations

You can now configure multiple actions per automation. You can also view and customize the trigger intervals for an action. The automation Action History section now includes a link to the work order and asset status for the action.
