New Articles
Multi-Asset Work Orders
You can now create a work order for multiple assets. A multi-asset work order consists of a parent work order that contains two or more sub-work orders for the maintenance of assets or other work. Maintenance teams can complete the sub-work orders individually and use the parent work order to track the overall progress of the work.

Multi-Location Parts
You can assign more than one location to a part, and specify the available quantity in each location. Multi-location parts help you track inventory more precisely. You can see and use inventory from each location and the total inventory across locations.

Straight-Line Depreciation
You can now calculate straight-line depreciation for assets in MaintainX. The straight-line depreciation method allocates the cost of an asset evenly over its useful life.

Work Order Approvals
You can now make procedure fields assignable to one or more teams or users. When a field is assignable, an assigned user must complete it before the work order that includes the procedure can be completed.

At the Global Organization level, you can now create customizable labels to organize entities across sub-organizations. Merge duplicate or similar categories into a unified global category for cleaner, consistent tagging across all your organizations.
