Help Center updates for June 2025:

New Articles​

Zapier Integration​

We added a new integration guide for creating MaintainX automations with Zapier.

The following new articles are available:

External Dashboards​

Select accounts can now share a custom reporting dashboard by creating an external link that can be opened in any web browser. The link opens an external, read-only version of the dashboard that you can view and display outside of the MaintainX application.

Messaging​

We added a new section about the Messaging module. MaintainX users can draft and send messages to other members of their organization to easily communicate and share information. You can edit, delete, and generate work orders from messages, and start discussion threads.

Global Asset Types​

At the Global Organization level, you can now create customizable labels to organize your assets across sub-organizations. Merge duplicate or similar asset types into a unified global asset type for cleaner, consistent tagging across all your organizations.

SAP Integration Updates​

You can now synchronize MaintainX work orders and work requests with SAP ECC6.

New MaintainX CoPilot Capabilities​

In MaintainX CoPilot, you can now add summaries to completed work orders, create assets using a picture of their nameplate or specification sheet, add a photo of an asset to identify issues, and generate procedures in the MaintainX CoPilot tab.

Global Categories​

When you create a global category, you can now convert it to a local category, and MaintainX will replace it with individual local categories for each sub-organization.
