New Articles
Custom Roles
You can now create custom roles for your organization. Custom roles let you add or remove permissions for different MaintainX entities and build role-based access tailored to specific functions.
The following new article is available:
Global Reporting and Asset Transfers
Global leaders can now access a centralized dashboard and reporting tools to view data from all sub-organizations in the Reporting module of their Global Organization.
Administrators can now transfer assets between organizations. An Administrator in the sending organization initiates the transfer, while an Administrator in the receiving organization completes it and configures the asset for their organization. Both organizations must be part of the same Global Organization.

Procedures
Users can now add a procedure to multiple work orders and work order templates simultaneously. This feature is only available in the MaintainX web application.

Roles and Permissions
With the addition of the custom roles feature, we updated the existing About Users page and the User Permissions page to better explain the different types of roles in MaintainX.

Asset Imports
The asset importer now lets you map fields in the import file to fields in MaintainX as part of the import process. It also includes improved error reporting. We updated the Asset Imports article with the details.
Embedding the MaintainX Web Application in an Iframe
We added a new article that explains our policy for embedding the MaintainX web application in an Iframe.
Workflow Automations
We've added support for multiple triggers when creating an automation. You can now use the MaintainX REST API to create new automated meters to use the Workflow Automations feature. This is available for new integrations with your own sensors.
