Help Center updates for September 2024:

  • New We added new sections about Global Procedures and Meters, new articles for troubleshooting notifications, and new articles about procedures.
  • Updated We updated the list of supported devices and browsers, added more detailed information about how the Created vs. Completed report includes work orders, and added information about the new Vendor Types field and how to manage vendor types.

Global Procedures​

We've added a new section about global procedures. A global procedure is a procedure created at the global level and shared across multiple sub-organizations. You create, share, and manage them through a special global organization.

The MaintainX mobile application now requires iOS 13.4 or later or Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. We've updated our device and browser support article:

Created vs. Completed Report​

We now provide a much more detailed description of how MaintainX selects work orders to include in the Created vs. Completed report.

Vendor Types​

We added documentation about how to create and remove vendor types. Vendor types are custom labels you can use to group vendors for better filtering and reporting.
