Help Center updates for September 2024:

We've added a new section about global procedures. A global procedure is a procedure created at the global level and shared across multiple sub-organizations. You create, share, and manage them through a special global organization.

We now provide a much more detailed description of how MaintainX selects work orders to include in the Created vs. Completed report.

Vendor Types

We added documentation about how to create and remove vendor types. Vendor types are custom labels you can use to group vendors for better filtering and reporting.
