Help Center updates for September 2024:

Global Procedures​

We've added a new section about global procedures. A global procedure is a procedure created at the global level and shared across multiple sub-organizations. You create, share, and manage them through a special global organization.

The MaintainX mobile application now requires iOS 13.4 or later or Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. We've updated our device and browser support article:

Created vs. Completed Report​

We now provide a much more detailed description of how MaintainX selects work orders to include in the Created vs. Completed report.

Vendor Types​

We added documentation about how to create and remove vendor types. Vendor types are custom labels you can use to group vendors for better filtering and reporting.
