View and Filter Work Order Templates

This article explains how to use filters to control which work order templates you see in the Work Order Templates module.
Filter and Sort Work Order Templates​
You can use filters to control which work order templates appear in the Work Order Templates module. Filter according to most template attributes like tags (categories, assets, locations), teams in charge, etc.
Work Order Template List View​
The List view provides:
- A way to quickly create one or multiple work orders. For details, see Create Work Orders from a Work Order Template.
- Access to a list of work orders that use your templates.
- Access to recurring work orders using your templates with their due date, and the capability to stop their recurrence.
Work order templates are automatically organized by their type:
- Preventive
- Reactive
- Other
Add a Filter​

From the sidebar, select Library > Work Orders.

Select + Add Filter.

Select a procedure attribute from the list. The attribute appears in the list of added filters.

Select the new attribute to open its filter options.

Choose a filter condition. The condition determines what makes a procedure match the filter.
Condition Description Notes One of Find work order templates where the filter field matches one or more values that you specify. Use this to include specific work order templates in the view. None of Find work order templates where the filter field doesn't match any of the values that you specify. Use this to exclude specific work order templates from the view. Is empty Find work order templates where the filter field has no value at all. Is not empty Find work order templates where the filter field has a value. Contains Find work order templates that contain the selected value. Does not contains Find work order templates that don't contain the selected value. -
If you set the filter condition to One of or None of, select the specific values to filter for. For example, for the Assigned To field, you select the users or teams to filter for.
The filtered work order templates appear in the Work Order Templates page.
