How to Read This Report
Use the Assets Maintenance report to understand how impactfully your organization applies preventive maintenance to assets. The key metric to watch is Assets with Repeating Work Orders, which reflects the percentage of assets covered by repeating work orders.
- A low percentage suggests many assets lack scheduled maintenance plans, which may leave them vulnerable to unexpected failures.
- An asset flagged with no repeating work orders is a practical starting point for identifying coverage gaps.
Organizations on an Enterprise plan have access to Asset Health reports, which provide a much more detailed view of asset status, and help identify problematic assets more accurately.
